Q: How can I get a sample to check your quality?
A: After price is confirmed, you can require samples to check the goods quality. Customer is responsible for the express freight.
For sample making, sample and mold charges will be applied (If needed). Final price will be confirmed after the final sample confirmed by customer.
Q: How many days will sample be finished? And how about the mass production ?
A: 1) Generally 8-20 working days for sample making, it depends on the sample's design details.
2) The delivery time of mass production will depend on quantity, production craftwork, etc. Normally it takes 15-30 working days.
Q: What's the lead time of molding or tooling?
A: In general, the time need for molding to first sample will take 10 to 15 days. Complex design or multiple parts items will need longer time. Usually, the production lead time for new items is longer as the mould is fresh and may need further tuning during production. It is usually at least 2-3 weeks.
